Another Video: Mechanical stress test!

Still wondering why the CNC prototypes have such a bright white hue? Wonder no more. It’s been mentioned a few times that the white case allows for stress points to be identified, but no one has really elaborated on this to date. Craig already had the camera fired up today, so he threw together a short one to show us just what these stress tests are all about.

  1. Great… another prototype destroyed

  2. dear god, panic attack. Evil, Evil, EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. yep, but will it blend?

  4. if they can get them to do it, sending it to blend-tech would be fantastic publicity for the pandora

  5. anyway it probably won’t blend…. it’s a pandora after all…

  6. You.Are.Evil.

  7. The Pandora doesn’t blend – it stands out in a crowd…

  8. I’ve always wondered whether chips blend.

  9. ha ha ๐Ÿ˜›
Industrial blenders will make black dust out of electronics. ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Arghhh! My heart!!!

  11. Make’em don’t break’em ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. What’daya mean “April Fools”. You mean you guys don’t actually stress test them in blenders? How am I supposed to know if it will survive a common kitchen mishap (the #2 place for all accidents is in the kitchen!).

Next you’re going to tell me it’s not capable of saving my life if I’m using it while driving, or that it’s not serviceable as a flotation device in a lava flow!

  14. That’s really not funny. Many people believed this joke and started riots in London.

  15. Really, you’re playing Rick Astley music? Didn’t everyone get over this a year ago?

  16. A little fun goes a long way right about now.

    You got me.

  17. “NO NOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” oh ok it doesnt blend.
    they got me as well.

  18. I was like, “ok craigix you know what your doing” for a second.

  19. i love craig

  20. Will it blend? Yes, with the right dependencies.

  21. I was just thinking, they wouldn’t do that would they, WOULD THEY!?!? It’s the first fully functional Pandora after all! I was nearly in tears when I thought he’d press the button… and then “We’re no strangers to love…. You know the rules and, So. Do. I.”

Rolling on the floor laughing. Good job, fine gentlemen xD. Best joke of the day.
