Anyone who has pre-ordered by Amex and not received their refund should read this post immediately. If you are due a refund and it has been held up by the bank it may be necessary to take prompt action. Also here.

For those that are unsure about normal refunds and re-ordering, I collected a lot of the information in one post and it is still valid.

  1. I just called AMEX and they said that they can not put a charge into dispute if it’s older than 60 days. Good luck to other AMEX people. I’m hoping that Debs sends me some good news and that something can be done.
